Raw semlor (cirka 8 st)



Botten och lock



  • 3 dl cashewnötter

  • 1 dl linfrön

  • 2 dl dadlar

  • En nypa salt

  • 1-2 tsk kardemumma

  • 1 msk kokosolja

  • Vatten efter behov (degen ska gå att forma)





  1. Mixa cashewnötter och linfrön till mjöl

  2. Mixa ner dadlarna

  3. Mixa ned resten av ingredienserna.





Mandelmassa



  • 1 dl bötlagda skalade mandlar

  • 1 msk kokosolja

  • Vanilj efter smak (jag gillar stora mängder)

  • 3 msk agave




  1. Mixa mandlarna till mjöl.

  2. Mixa resten av ingredienserna




Cashewgrädde



  • 2 dl cashewnötter mixade till mjöl

  • 1 tsk äkta vanilj

  • 1 päron

  • 1-2 msk agave

  • 1,5-2 dl vatten





  1. Mixa cashewnötter till mjöl.

  2. Mixa resten av ingredienserna





Gör så här



  1. Rulla till bollar.

  2. Ta bort en topp och gör ett hål.

  3. I med mandelmassan i hålet och på med grädde och lock.

    Gör´t! Måste säga att det är de godaste semlor jag har ätit, de smakar så himla mycket mer än vanliga semlor, tycker jag.
